Abstract
Photography born to the ambition of seeing and developed by mechanical civilization is sufficiently satisfying the desire of seeing. With creating the splendor visual culture, photography extends a field to the joining of digital technology. In spite of a short history, digital technology has been included in the area of photography. Nowadays we don`t have to divide digital photography into analog photography. The photography will be evolved to 3D images and those can even have a motion. Therefore we choose the lenticular for expressing all those goals. The lenticular which is possible to make 3D image and motion picture has the superiority of attention and information delivering power to a still image. This project the manufacturing of lenticular image used by digital and analog method studies the extending possibility of photography which will come true near the future. What we want to this project is to confirm the extent of lentucular`s manufacturing and limit of thesedays` photography. Lenticular image is one of tried methods making 3D-photography or motion pictures over limitations of 2D-image such as Parallax Barrier or Integral Photography. Lentucular image is increasingly being recognised as its superiority to high attention rate and delivering power. In order to enjoy lenticular image other supporting materials are not necessary. This article has studied lenticular effects and manufacturing process. Specially, we have compared the two forms of printing such as digital and analog. We find applications that will be suitable for each process.
