여가 스포츠 참여 대학생들의 몰입정도에 따른 심리적 웰빙

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine difference among University Students in Leisure sports participate flow level and psychological well-being. The subjects 396persons(209-male, 187-female) having University Students in leisure spotrs participated. This study used the 'Questionnaire Psychological Well-being Scale' developed Kim(2004) and Folw level developed by Jung(2004). The results was as follows：The self-administration method qas qsed with questionnaires distributed by researchers and assistants who visited the site in person for sampling. the asta were processed by computer with SPSS Windows 15.0 Version which is a statistical program; also were descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis and two-way MNOVA and one-way ANOVA. The results of a two-way MNOVA indicated that there were significant sex, flow level main effects and not significant sex with flow experience interaction effect. what is important is that the level hight-flow level have a hight-level satisfaction in life. These results are for the psychological well-being based on the theory of the leading research and discussion.
