Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic, pruritic, and inflammatory skin condition characterized by an age-related distribution and skin morphology. Disease management comprises effective treatment of acute exacerbations and avoidance of provocation factors. Treatment of AD includes topical and systemic corticosteroids. Long-term corticosteroid therapy is known to cause a number of side effects. In the search for alternatives to steroids for aggravated AD, phototherapy using UVA, UVB, combined UVA/ UVB, UVB 311 nm or UVA1 has recently emerged. Full Spectrum Light (FSL) phototherapy device is a special instrument that generates wavelength spectrum from 320 to 5,000 nm similar to sunlight. We report herein a case of atopic dermatitis treated by phototherapy with FSL.-
