- Abstract
- 목적: 공막 이식 후 발생한 Fusarium 심부 각막염 환자의 임상결과 1예를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 9년 전 군날개 제거술을 받은 48세 여자 환자가 공막연화증과 통증으로 공막 이식술을 시행 받았다. 이후 이식된 공막절편의 융해와 Fusairum 심부각막염이 발생하여 항진균제의 전방내 주사를 3회, 1% voriconazole의 지속적인 점안, 재공막이식술, 자가결막 및 양막 이식술을 시행함에도 불구하고 전방축농의 증가와 각막혼탁 및 천공으로 결국 안구적출을 시행하였다.
