dc.description.abstract | 본고는 일본 기업을 대상으로 학벌이 이사의 승진에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고 있다. 학벌의 대리변수로서 사장과 이사의 출신대학 일치여부를 택하고 있다. 기업의 고유효과, 이사의 능력, 그리고 좀 더 나아가 특정 대학 출신이 해당 기업의 성과에 많은 공헌을 해 왔다든가 혹은 기업 문화에 잘 적응해 왔다든가 하는 기업의 다년간의 경험으로부터 기인하는 요소까지 통제할 경우 학벌은 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 이사들의 승진 단계에서는 신입사원의 입사와는 달리, 기업들이 이사 개개인의 능력 및 기업에 대한 적합성 등의 정보를 완전히 알고 있기 때문에 학벌에 의존한 인사는 행하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. | - |
