| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 유치원교사의 건강지각과 건강증진 생활양식을 파악하여 보다 바람직한 방향으로 건강생활을 영위하게 함으로써 교사 자신의 직업성취뿐만 아니라 유아의 건강증진 생활양식의 역할모델이 될 수 있도록 하기 위해 수행한 기초연구이다. 연구대상은 서울 및 경기도 지역소재 유치원 정교사 총 250명에게 설문지를 배부, 이중 211부가 최종 연구 자료로 활용되었다. 연구결과, 유치원교사의 건강지각 및 건강증진 생활양식 정도는 비교적 낮은 점수를 보였다. 건강증진 생활양식 하위영역에서는 자아실현영역이 가장 높았고, 건강책임영역이 가장 낮았다. 교사의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강지각 분석에서는 가계 월 총수입에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 건강증진 생활양식은 연령과 근무경력이 오래되고, 기혼일수록 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 국공립과 사립유치원교사의 건강증진 생활양식 하위영역에서 운동 및 영양영역, 건강책임영역에서 의미 있는 차이를 나타내었다. | - |
