| dc.description.abstract | 인간이 다른 사람과 소통하여 한 사회의 구성원으로 살아가는데 있어서 언어는 절대적인 수단이다. 오래전부터 학자들은 언어의 습득과 발달에 대해서 많은 관심을 가져왔다. 특히 유아기의 언어 발달은 이후 언어 발달과 학습의 기초가 되기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 이에 우리나라에서도 국가수준의 교육과정을 통해서 유아의 언어 발달을 촉진하기 위한 유아 언어 교육 정책을 제시해 왔다. 2007년에는 급변하는 사회와 교육환경의 변화에 맞추어 유치원 교육과정을 다시 개정하기에 이르렀다. 이에 따라 본 발표에서는 유치원 교육과정이 개정된 배경과 주요 개정 내용을 고찰해 봄으로써 우리나라 유아 언어 교육 정책에 대한 이해를 높이고자 한다. 이어서 유아 언어 교육을 담당하고 있는 현장 교사들이 직면하고 있는 과제에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. | - |
