dc.description.abstractWe consider that a cognitive map is one of the most efficient ways to solve problems such as the lack and uncertainty of knowledge on e-commerce. In this paper, we have designed knowledge management systems based on a cognitive map and ontology and have proposed an OntoCM (Ontological Cognitive Map) framework to collaboratively share knowledge between businesses by using an OntoCM Repository. Thereby, we have defined OntoCM operations to manipulate them such as expansion, contradiction, augmentation, and screener. Simulating synthesis patterns on OntoCM, we have extracted potential relationships between the existing concepts.-
