복합용도단지 주민들의 주거만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the determinants of residential satisfaction in a selected mixed-use development complex. Under the Witherspoon's definition on mixed-use development, the City7 in Changwon city is selected as the target site. In the previous literature, any piece of empirical research on mixed-use development could not be conducted due to a lack of such case. Using a binomial logistic regression model, various factors constituting the comprehensive residential satisfaction are explored. As a result, it is found that the degree of satisfaction on cleanness/management, investment value, off-site light, and connecting path might be the influential factors in enhancing the comprehensive residential satisfaction in the mixed-use complex. Using intermediate variables such as age, income, and presence of children, changes of relationships between the explanatory variables and the dependent variable are also explored.
