| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 보와 플레이트 같은 샌드위치 구조를 파라메트릭 연구를 통하여 구조의 성능을 최적화 하였다. 샌드위치 구조를 이루는 재료는 섬유강화복합재료, 레진 콘크리트, 고분자 포움이다. 섬유강화복합재료의 적층순서와 두께는 공작기계요소 대하여 최적화된 상태가 되도록 하는 주요 파라메터이다. 공작기계의 베드 부분은 양쪽 방향의 굽힘 강성 강화를 위하여 내부에 리브를 삽입한 샌드위치 구조로 설계하였다. 계산결과로부터 높은 정밀도를 가진 공작기계를 위한 최적의 구성과 재료를 제안하였다. | - |
