유아동작교육수업에서 사례기반학습 적용 및 효과 분석 연구: 예비유아교사를 대상으로

dc.description.abstract본 연구는 유아교사양성과정의 유아동작교육수업에서 사례기반학습을 적용하여 예비유아교사의 유아동작교육 교수효능감과 유아동작교육 전문성에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 서울 소재 전문대학 유아교육과 2학년 학생 164명(실험집단 82명, 비교집단 82명)이었다. 무선으로 선정된 두 집단 중 실험집단에는 사례기반학습을 적용하였으며, 비교집단에는 강의식수업과 워크숍을 6주에 걸쳐 적용하였다. 연구자료는 ‘동작교육 교수효능감 도구’, ‘동작교육 전문성 도구’를 통해 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t검정을 통해 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 실험집단의 예비유아교사가 비교집단의 예비유아교사보다 유아동작교육 교수효능감, 유아동작교육 전문성의 사후검사 점수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 유아동작교육에서 예비유아교사의 동작교육 실천능력을 증진시키는데 사례기반학습이 효과적인 방안이라고 할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 실제 교육현장에서 유아동작교육 내실화의 도모를 기대할 수 있다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to apply Case-based learning, as a teaching method, to some movement education classes for early childhood pre-service teachers. The study also explored its effects on their teaching efficacy and expertise in movement education. The subjects of this six week study were 164 second year pre-service teachers at a two year college. Half of them joined the experimental group that used Case-based learning, and the other half was the comparison group that used a traditional method of lecture and workshops. For the collected data, the subjects’ teaching efficacy, belief, and professionalism regarding movement education and t-test were used in the analysis. Post-test scores revealed statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the comparison group. Specifically, the scores for teaching efficacy, belief, and professionalism of the pre-service teachers in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group. We conclude that Case-based learning is one of the most effective methods for teaching early childhood pre-service teachers movement education, and it is expected to make a substantial contribution to the early childhood movement education field.-
