중국제조기업의 친환경 공급사슬지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 시사점

Abstract

본 연구는 중국제조업체를 대상으로 친환경 공급사슬지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에미치는 영향력을 평가하는 것을 주요한 목적으로 하고 있다. 이는 최근의 기업환경에서 이러한 전략적 지향성이 기업 경쟁력의 주요한 화두가 되고 있기 때문이다. 문헌분석을 통해13개의 연구가설이 상정되었고 중국현지에서 수집된 319개의 유효표본이 실증분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과, 중국제조기업의 친환경 공급사슬지향성과 기술지향성은 기업성과에 주요한 동인이 되고 있음을 확인하였고, 공급사슬 정보통합역량과 친환경협력이 여기에서 주요한 매개적 역할을 수행하고 있는 것을 발견하였고 그 시사점을 논의하였다.

This paper aims to evaluate green supply chain orientations and technology orientations on corporate performances among Chinese manufacturing firms. These strategic orientations have emerged recently as a key factor for companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. Based on literal reviews, 13 hypotheses were setup and empirical studies using survey researches were accomplished. A questionnaire survey was conducted from the companies from which 319 questionnaires were collected. Structural equation modeling was also applied to these data to test relationships among the variables in the study. From empirical analysis, it was found that green supply chain orientations and technology orientations are driving forces that influence a corporate performance. Moreover, this paper finds that capabilities in supply chain information integration and green collaboration have mediated effects between strategic orientations and acorporate performance.
