| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사들의 빈곤에 대한 태도와 관련된 변인을 알아보고 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 수도권에 소재한 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하는 교사 281명이었으며 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률 상관 계수와 단계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 빈곤에 대한 태도는 개인적 변인 및 교직에 관련된 변인들과 정적 상관이 있었다. 또한 교사의 빈곤에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 교직관과 빈곤가정의 유아를 가르친 경험, 경력으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 빈곤가정의 유아를 지원하는 교사교육의 방향을 모색하였다. | - |
