| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 통합진보당의 비례대표 경선부정 사건에 대한 각 정당의 대응 방식을 위기관리 커뮤니케이션 전략의 관점에서 살펴보고 통합진보당이 활용한 위기관리 전략의 적절성에 대해서 분석하였다. 더 나아가 각 정당이 사용했던 차별적 전략들이 언론 보도 프레임을 통해서 어떤 방식으로 다르게 강조되는지 고찰하였다. 분석 결과, 경선부정에 대한 의혹이 제기되자마자 통합진보당은 수정 및 사과 전략의 적절한 대응을 하였다. 하지만 이후에 당권파와 비당권파 간에 나타난 이미지 회복 전략의 불일치와 계파 간의 갈등은 위기를 극복하는데 오히려 방해가 되었다고 할 수 있다. 언론사의 보도 프레임을 분석한 결과, 조선일보는 통합진보당의 도덕성과 이념적 정체성을 문제 삼는 프레임을 집중적으로 활용하였다. 반면에 한겨레신문은 당내에서 벌어진 분열 및 갈등이나 정당에 대한 책임 귀인, 수습과 혁신에 대해 중점적으로 보도하였다. | - |
