Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 무용수들의 진로전환 사례를 다각적이고, 심층적으로 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용수에서 현재 무용전문인력분야(의상, 분장, 영상)로 전환한 무용수 3명을 대상으로 질적 사례연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과 전환 성공요인, 전환 장애요인의 2가지 핵심주제가 도출되었다. 구체적으로, 먼저 전환 성공요인은 개인성향, 무용전공, 열정으로 도출되었으며, 전환 장애요인은 무용학과 커리큘럼의 문제와 기회제공 부재로 도출되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 선행연구와 비교 검토하여 그 시사점에 대해 논의 하였다.
The aim of the current study is to analyze the cases of dance majors' career transition in diverse ways and in depth. In order to achieve the purpose mentioned above a qualitative case survey was conducted with 3 dance majors who majored in dance and currently changed their career direction into manpower areas(costume, makeup, music) specialized in dance. As a result, two key themes were drawn including successful factors in career transition, and obstacle factors in career transition. To put it concretely, it was found First, it was concluded that successful factors in career transition included individuals' personal taste, major in dance and passions, Second, it was fount that obstacle factors in career transition included dance studies and curriculum problems and a lack of opportunity provision. These results were comparatively examined with precedent studies and the implications were discussed.
