dc.description.abstractAortobronchial fistula (ABF) (aortopulmonary fistula) may cause a massive fatal hemoptysis. We have recently seen a patient with ABF presenting with recurrent, massive hemoptysis. She was successfully treated with an endovascular stent graft.
