- Abstract
- 연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 장애와 연령의 이중 제약을 경험하는 고령장애인의 취업 유지에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 고용유지 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 제공하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 2017 장애인고용패널조사(PSED) 2차 웨이브자료를 활용하여 50세 이상 고령장애인 1,616명을 표본으로 기술분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계, 이분형 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 성별, 노후준비 여부, 종사상 지위, 일상생활 만족도가 고령장애인의 취업 유지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론: 연구결과를 고려할 때 여성 고령장애인 고용차별 문화를 줄이고, 고령장애인 대상 노후준비서비스를 강화하며, 장애인의무고용률 준수를 통해 고령장애임금근로자의 비중을 확대하고, 고령장애인 생활만족도를 높이기 위한 사회복지서비스 추가 제공이 필요하다.
