dc.description.abstractMovie summarization focuses to obtain as much as possible of information as a shorter movie clip does, that but it keeps the content of the original and presents to the audience the faster way for understanding the movie. In this paper, we propose a co-occurrence characters network analysis for movie summarization based on discovery and analysis movie storytelling. Experiments on 17 movies in the Star War series, the Lord of the Ring series and Harry Porter series with more than 2000 minutes of movies play time and the evaluated results are compared to IMDb and IMSDb database. Our results show that proposed method has outperformed the conventional approaches in terms of the movie summarization rate.-
