Abstract
본 연구는 감각놀이 기반 유아미술교육 프로그램이 만 3세 유아의 미술표현력, 창의성, 놀이성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 서울시에 소재한 S유치원과 Y유치원에 다니는 만 3세반 유아 36명이었으며, 실험집단에는 12주 동안 총 24회에 걸쳐감각놀이 기반 유아미술교육 프로그램을 적용하였고, 비교 집단에는 같은 기간 동안 감각놀이를 제외한 미적 요소 탐색 중심의 미술표현활동 프로그램을 적용하였다. 측정도구는 이미혜(2009)가 재구성한 미술표현력 검사와 김영채(2010)가 번역한 Torrance의 창의성 검사, 김영희(1995)가 번역하여 수정ㆍ보완한 놀이성 검사 도구이다. 실험집단과 비교집단의 변화를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과 첫째, 이미지 표현, 표현 방법, 재료및 도구 사용 능력 등 유아의 미술표현력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 유창성, 독창성, 제목의 추상성, 정교성, 성급한 종결에 대한 저항 등 유아의 창의성 향상에 긍정적인효과가 있었다. 셋째, 신체적 자발성, 사회적 자발성, 인지적 자발성, 즐거움의 표현, 유머감각등 유아의 놀이성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of sensory-play-based art education program on young children's artistic expression abilities, creativity and playfulness. The participants of the research were 36 3-year-old children who attend S and Y kindergarten in Seoul. The experimental group engaged in a sensory-play-based art education program 24 times over 12 weeks. At the same time, the comparison group engaged in an art education program 24 times over 12 weeks without doing sensory-play activities. For measurement, Lee, Mi-Hye's expression abilitiy test, Torrance's creativity test and Kim, Young-hi's creativity test were used. T-verification of the independent sample was done to observe changes in the experiment group and comparison group. The research findings on the effect of the program are as follows. First, the treatment group showed a significant improvement over the control group in the total score of artistic expression abilities and in the sub-factors of artistic expression abilities, namely image expression, expression methods, and the use of materials and tools. Second, the treatment group showed a significant improvement over the control group in the total score of creativity and in the sub-factors of creativity, namely fluency, originality, title abstractness, elaborateness, and resistance to abrupt termination. Third, the treatment group showed a significant improvement over the control group in the total score of playfulness and in the sub-factors of playfulness, namely physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, expression of pleasure, and a sense of humor.
