영유아교사의 조직 내 의사소통과 교사-부모 간 의사소통의 어려움이 감정노동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 영유아교사의 조직 내 의사소통과 교사-부모 간 의사소통의 어려움이 감정노동에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2016년 11월 18일부터 2016년 12월 14일까지 서울과 경기도 지역의 국․공립, 직장, 민간, 법인 어린이집, 사립유치원에서 근무하고 있는 교사 395명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 영유아교사의 조직 내 의사소통과 교사-부모 간 의사소통의 어려움은 감정노동과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직 내 의사소통과 교사-부모 간 의사소통의 어려움은 감정노동에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 감정노동의 하위요인인 내면적 행동보다 표면적 행동에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 영유아교육기관의 운영차원에서 영유아교사의 감정 관리에 보다 관심을 기울이면서 영유아교사가 감정노동을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 모색할 수 있는 기회가 되기를 기대한다.

This study aims to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers’ organizational communication in preschools and difficulties in communication with parents on their emotional labor. The survey for collecting data was conducted from November 18, to December 14, 2016, on 395 teachers working in kindergartens and child-care centers which were located in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As result, difficulties in early childhood teachers’ organizational communication and parent-teacher communication were correlated to emotional labor. Also, difficulties in both communications had effects on emotional labor. Amongst them, it showed that the emotional labor had bigger effect on external than internal actions. This study expects that these results will bring more attention to early childhood teachers’ emotional control as a part of managing early childhood educational center and to search for various ways to effectively conduct early childhood teachers’ emotional labor.
