| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 지식경영 및 지식공유의 개념적 정의에 대해 살펴보고 지식공유의 성공요인과 실패요인을 분석하고 있다. 이어서 조직구성원들이 지식공유에 대한 행태를 지식의 필요성 및 수집, 지식공유의도, 보상 및 평가체계, 의사소통채널 등으로 구분해서 조사ㆍ분석하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직구성원들의 원활한 지식공유문화를 정착하기 위한 기초자료로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다. | - |
