학부모, 동료교사 및 원장과의 관계와 유아교사의 정서노동간의 상관관계

Abstract

본 연구는 학부모, 원장 및 동료교사와의 관계와 유아교사의 정서노동과의 상관관계를 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 서울시와 경기도에서 근무하고 있는 유아교사를 대상으로 설문연구를 진행했고, 배부된 총 440부의 설문지 중 397부를 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램을 사용해 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시했다. 유아교사는 학부모, 동료교사 및 원장과 대체적으로 긍정적인 관계를 맺고 있었으며, 정서노동을 겪고 있는 편이었다. 유아교사와 학부모의 관계는 유아교사의 정서노동과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적상관을 나타내고 있었고, 동료교사 및 원장과의 관계는 유아교사의 정서노동 중 하위요인인 내면행위와 정적 상관을 보였다. 다음으로, 동료교사와의 관계와 원장과의 관계, 동료교사와의 관계와 학부모와의 관계, 원장과의 관계와 학부모와의 관계에서 모두 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구는 유아교사의 인간관계와 정서노동에 대한 상관관계를 밝히는 데에 의의를 둔다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlations among relationships with parents, colleagues, directors and early childhood teachers' emotional labor. A total of 440 early childhood teachers participated in this study. 427 of 440 questionnaires were collected, then 397 questionnaires which were adequate to investigate were analyzed. Early childhood teachers generally had a positive relationship with their parents, colleagues, and directors, and were experiencing emotional labor. The relationship between early childhood teachers and parents showed a statistically significant positive correlation with emotional labor, and the relationship between fellow teachers and directors was positively correlated with internal behavior. Next, there were correlations with fellow teachers and relation with director, relations with fellow teachers and relation with parents, relations with the principal and relationships with parents. This study then clarified the relation between early childhood teacher's human-relationships and emotional labor.
