dc.description.abstract이 연구는 지역교육공동체 구축을 위한 학교평생교육사업과 서울형혁신교육지구사업의 관계에 대한 전문가 인식을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 델파이조사와 초점집단면담조사(FGI)를 통해 현장에서 인식하는 학교평생교육사업과 서울형혁신교육지구사업 간의 관계성을 분석하고, 학교평생교육사업의 역할제고 방안을 모색하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장에서는 학교평생교육사업이 부족한 예산과 새로운 발상의 부재로 학교평생교육 이념의 본래 의미가 퇴보하고 있다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 현장에서는 학교평생교육사업과 서울형혁신교육지구사업의 관계성을 인정하고 있지만, 두 사업의 비전과 목표가 동일하다는 것은 인정하지 않았다. 셋째, 지역교육공동체 구축을 위한 학교평생교육사업의 역할로는 학교평생교육사업의 특성을 버리지 말고, 서울형혁신교육지구사업이 시행하지 못하는 블루오션 영역을 개척하는 전략이 필요하다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the professional perception of the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT for the establishment of a local education in a community . In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT through the Delphi technique and FGI, and sought to improve the role of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT. The results of the study are as follows. First, the field recognized that the original meaning of the school lifelong education ideology was deteriorating due to the budget shortfalls on the project and the lack of new ideas. Second, the field acknowledges the relationship between the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT and the Seoul- INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT, but did not recognize that the two projects had the same vision and goals. Third, the role of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT for the establishment of the local education in a community is not to abandon the characteristics of the SCHOOL LIFELONG EDUCATION PROJECT but rather to develop a strategy to explore the blue ocean area that the Seoul-based INNOVATIVE EDUCATION DISTRIC PROJECT cannot implement.-
