dc.description.abstractA review on the various methods for estimation of the environment cost (EC) for multiple housing projects was presented. Statistical methods were used to investigate factors affecting the EC items and to calculate environmental unit cost. A simple matrix calculation method to budget-estimate the EC by using historical EC data for new multiple housing project was also discussed.-
