dc.description.abstractThis paper discloses a new very broadband compact transition between double-ridge waveguide and coaxial line. The transition includes an original waveguide to coaxial mode converter and modified impedance transformer. Very good performance is predicted theoretically and confirmed experimentally over a 3:1 bandwidth. © 2002 IEEE.-
