- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 국내 실정을 고려하여 경력 경로에 영향을 주는 선행 변인을 탐색적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 한국고용정보원에서 실시한 2006년 대졸자 직업 이동 경로 조사 자료를 이용하였으며 연구 목적에 맞는 253명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 회귀 분석을 통하여 선행 변인을 도출하였다.
