고속도로 휴게소 개선을 위한 컬러 적용 서비스디자인 콘셉트 제안

Abstract

국내외 디자인산업 동향이 단순한 서비스 제공이 아닌 서비스 제공자와 수요자 관점에의 경험을 고려한가치를 제안하는 서비스디자인이 강조되고 있다. 고속도로 휴게소는 기본적인 욕구를 충족시키면서 이동 중의 휴식공간이라는 단순 개념에서 벗어나 새로운 경험을 필요로 하는 공간이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 배경에 따라 본 연구에서는 안성 고속도로 상행선 휴게소를 중심으로 현장조사를 통해 본질적인 문제점의 개선을 위한 새로운 서비스디자인 콘셉트를 제안하고자 하였다. 연구의 범위는 기본 구성인 화장실, 주차장, 음식 판매 공간으로 정하여 진행하였다. 연구의 이론적배경을 위해 디자인 사고 기반의 SFAT프로세스와 컬러 디자인에 대해 연구하였다. 고속도로 휴게소 개선을 위한 컬러 적용 서비스디자인의 과정을 SFAT (Scan-Focus-Approach-Touch)프로세스 과정으로 구성하여 첫째, 스캔(Scan) 단계에서는 데스크리서치와필드 리서치를 하였다. 둘째, 포커스(Focus) 단계에서는 자료조사를 바탕으로 퍼소나(Persona)를 도출하여관찰을 통한 현 상황의 저니맵(Journey Map)을 구성하고 아에이오우(AEIOU) 프레임워크 분석을 하였다. 셋째, 어프로치(Approach) 단계에서는 기회 영역 포커스 포인트 맵핑(Opportunity Focus Point Mapping)에서 해결방안을 제시하여 브레인스토밍을 통해 불필요한 요소 제거 및 아이디어를 보완하였다. 이후, 다섯가지 사용자 경험(Five User Experience) 분석을 하여아이디어를 구체화하고 디자인 콘셉트 매트릭스(Design Concept Matrix)를 제시하였다. 넷째, 터치(Touch) 단계에서는 제안된 서비스디자인 콘셉트를적용하여 적용 이후의 저니맵(To-be Journey Map), 콘셉트 시나리오, 서비스 블루프린트를 제시하였다. 본연구에서 제안된 고속도로 휴게소 서비스디자인 콘셉트는 휴게소 이용자의 니즈를 충족시키고, 사용하는데있어 불편함을 덜어 줄 수 있으며, 컬러를 적용한 시각적 개선을 통해 실제 적용 가능성을 살펴 볼 수 있었다.

It is emphasized that service trends in domestic and international design industry are not merely service provision but service design that proposes value considering experience from service provider and consumer perspective. The highway rest area is a space that meets basic needs and needs a new experience from the simple concept of resting space on the move. Based on this background, this study proposes a new service design concept to improve the essential problems through on - site investigation centering on the resting place of Anseong Expressway. The scope of the study was defined as toilet, parking lot, and food sales space. For the theoretical background of the study, we studied the design thinking based SFAT process and color design. The process of color application service design for the improvement of highway rest area was composed of SFAT (Scan-Focus-Approach-Touch) process. First, in the scan stage, desk research and field research were performed. Second, in the Focus stage, the persson was derived based on the data survey, and the Journey Map of the present situation was constructed through the observation and analyzed the AEIOU framework. Third, at the Approach stage, Opportunity Focus Point Mapping proposes a solution and brainstorming eliminates unnecessary elements and improves ideas. Afterwards, we analyzed the Five User Experience and refined the ideas and presented the Design Concept Matrix. Fourth, in the Touch stage, the proposed service design concept was applied to present a To-be Journey Map, a concept scenario, and a service blueprint. The proposed design concept of the rest stop service in the present study can meet the needs of resting place users and reduce the inconvenience of using the rest area.
