유시티(u-City) 공공서비스 만족도 분석 -화성시 동탄동의 유서비스를 중심으로 -

Abstract

본 연구는 화성 동탄유시티 공공서비스 이용에 대한 주민 만족도를 분석하였다. 제1장은 주요 연구문제로 동탄동 거주자들은 어떤 유공공서비스에 만족(불만족)하고 있으며, 그 이유는 무엇인가 등을 설정하였으며, 연구의 방법은 문헌 및 설문조사를 실시하고, 설문분석은 빈도분석에 한정하여 분석하였다. 제2장은 이론적 측면의 유시티와 유서비스 선행연구 분석, 국내, 외 유서비스 사례와 효과성, 문제점 등을 분석하였다. 제3장 설문의 내용은 동탄 u-시티 거주자들에 대한 유공공서비스 만족도와 기대치 등을 분석하였다. 제4장의 분석결과 유시티 공공서비스, 하드웨어 측면 모두 만족하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 동탄동 주민들은 유시티공공서비스에 대하여 긍정적이었다. 본 연구의 주요 시사점으로는 첫째, 최초 유시티 거주자 주거만족도 조사를 통하여 유서비스 만족, 불만요인 등을 도출하고, 유시티의 정책방향을 구체적으로 제시하였다는 점이다. 동탄 신도시의 이미지 제고방안은 안전하고 살기 좋은 도시, 건강과 웰빙, 전원도시 이미지로 홍보하는 전략이 유력한 수단이 될 수 있다는 점과 둘째, 계속되는 유시티 건설을 위한 유용한 시사점을 기초자료로 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

The articles is organized as follows. The first section clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology. The methods of study was used literature review, previous research & survey. The analysis of survey is frequency analysis only. The second section deals with theoretical background of u-city, the traits, kinds of u-City and u-Public service. The contents of survey asked Dong-tan resident's satisfaction about u-public service and the service satisfaction. The variables of analysis consists in four, those are u-city service, hardware, intention to live and residentt's satisfaction. The third section presents empirical evidence in support of the argument made. The final section summarizes the implication of the research. First, the residents recognized u-city almost(the ratio was 65%), Second, the cognition of u-City hardware was location, public park, so forth. Third, intention to live was very high, so forth. Lastly, the orders of satisfaction on u-public service were safety, environment, so forth. These findings give us suggestions that it is useful to understand the characteristics & difference of u-City & public service, and so forth. The policy implication of the study is to make distinctive u-city & u-service because Dong-tan was sell-out by his convenience, well-being, garden city.
