Accurate estimation of Left Ventrical (LV) based on volumetric deformable model parameters and automatic analyzing them in a clinically useful way is an important research problem. For accurate estimation of LV shape and motion, we applied volumetric deformable models to data obtained by MRI tagging. For close-to-real-time diagnosis, we developed tools for visualizing and analyzing LV wall motion automatically. These tools includes controlling fitting process, showing parameter statistics in graphs and tables, selecting display options, coloring techniques and displaying heart motion continuously in a user defined speed. With these tools, it is possible to find the distinct and consistent differences between normal and abnormal hearts.-
