| dc.description.abstract | 연구목적: 팬데믹 환경에서의 사설 발레학원의 교육역량 강화 방안을 규명하는 것이다. 연구방법: 기초 자료 조사를 위해 문헌고찰 이용하였고, 본조사를 위하여 전문가 의견수렴에 의한 체계적 내용분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 학원 시설 이용의 안전을 확보하기 위한 정부 지침의 이행과 학원 내부 규정의 확보가 필요하다. 둘째, 비대면 교육을 위한 기본 콘텐츠의 확보와 콘텐츠 이용에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 학원 운영에 대한 원장, 강사와 피학습자 및 학부모와의 커뮤니케이션 방법의 상황별 매뉴얼 확보가 필요하다. 결론: 팬데믹 환경에서 사설 발레 학원의 교육 역량 강화가 필요한 것은 발레 교육의 대전환을 요구하는 것이 아니다. 발레가 인류의 문화예술 콘텐츠로서 지속 가능성과 생존능력을 지니기 위한 과정이다. | - |
