dc.description.abstractThis study were to identify the characteristics of hospital nurses; to verify ego resilience, emotional burnout, emotional labor, and peer support according to general characteristics; and to measure the effect of turnover intention by ego resilience, emotional burnout, and emotional labor of hospital nurses with a focus on the moderating effect of peer support. The data was collected via structural questionnaires completed by 331 nurses working at university hospitals who agreed to participate in this study. To determine the influence of regression analysis adjusting via hierarchical regression analysis was used to identify the effect of turnover intention by ego resilience, emotional burnout, and emotional labor through the moderating effect of peer support on turn over intentions. © Research India Publications.-
