- Abstract
- 식도천공에서 누공은 흔하게 식도와 종격동, 혹은 식도와 흉막강으로 생기며, 드물게는 식도와 기관지사이에 누공을 형성하기도 한다. 식도천공의 임상증상과 단순사진소견은 비특이적이어서 진단이 늦어지는 경우가 많다. 식도조영술은 식도천공의 위치와 정도를 평가하는 기본적인 영상방법이다. CT는 식도천공에 의한 식도와 식도 주위의 변화, 내과적 치료후의 변화를 보여주는데 유용하다. CT는 원인질환에 따라 다양한 소견을 보일 수 있다.
