dc.description.abstract고농도의 요오드는 TSH에 의해 유도되는 갑상선 세포의 증식과 cAMP 생성 및 요오드 섭취 기능을 억제하였다. 요오드가 생채외에서는 NIS mRNA의 발현을 증가시키는 경향을 보인 외에는 다른 갑상선 자가항원의 발현에 변화를 주지 못하지만, 생체내에서는 7일간의 투여로 TG mRNA 발현을 증가시켰으며, NIS mRNA 발현은 억제되었다.요 약-
