For the hispathologic analysis of DMBA(7, 12-Dimethyl benzanthracene) induced tumor of mouth pouch and skin in Hamster, thirty syrian Hamster were received small amount of a 0.5 % olive oil solution of DMBA into mouth, which was repeated three times a week for three months. Except 20 animals expired during experiment, the induced tumor masses were removed at the 16th week after the first application of DMBA, and then histopathologic examinations were performed. The results were as follows ; 1. By the 161h weeks, after the first application of DMBA, the tumor incidence rate was 100 %. The combined hispathologic changes were epithelial hyperplasia, papilloma and squamous cell (undefined), and found at multifocal sites of turluu mass in same animal. These variable changes were more pronounced in treated site by DBMA than untreated site. 2. It was suspicious that squamous cell carcinoma was originated from papilloma, verrucous.-
