유방의 침윤성 관암종에서 Rb 단백과 Ki-67 표지지수의 상관관계

Abstract

To evaluate correlations between clinicopthologic factors such as age, tumor size, histologic differentiation and lymph node metastasis, with expression of Rb protein and Ki-67, immunohistochemical study was done on 60 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Rb protein was expressed in 53.3%(32/60) of cases. Poorly differentiated tumors tends to show more increased expression of Rb protein(p=0.012). There was not significant difference according to patient age(p=0.068), tumor size (p=0.073)and lymph node metastasis(p=0.085). Ki-67 albeling index tended to be increased in tumors with large size(p=0.047), poor differentiation (p=0.016) or positive lymph node status(p=0.035). There was a significant correlation between Rb protein expression and Ki-67 labeling index (p=0.014). In conclusion, both Rb protein and Ki-67 labeling index significant reseverse correlation with histologic differentiation of the invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. But the value of Rb proteinas prognostic factor remained to be studied.
