- Abstract
- In this research, we delve into the behavioral decision-making processes of decision-makers possessing bounded rationality within a supply chain framework. We focus on three interconnected decision-makers, each with distinct levels of influence. Our behavioral experiments, centered on their trading dynamics, revealed that these decision-makers don’t solely rely on rational choices influenced by their peers’ responses. Rather, they recalibrate their trading strategies, adopting a collaborative approach that advantages their partners. Such adjustments not only optimize their individual gains but also amplify the collective benefits across the entire supply chain.
