Coronary cameral fistulas are rare congenital or acquired anomalies that communicate the epicardial coronary artery with the cardiac chamber. These fistulas can cause myocardial ischemia, heart failure, arrhythmias, infective endocarditis, and may rupture. Most coronary artery fistulas arise from the right coronary artery (RCA) and terminate mostly in the right side of the heart. A cameral fistula to the left ventricle is an extremely rare condition. We report a case of a 40-year-old man who complained of atypical chest discomfort and was diagnosed with a coronary cameral fistula from the RCA to the left ventricle by transthoracic echocardiography and coronary angiography.-
