Abstract
Due to the development of CRISPR technology, the era of effectiveediting of target genes has arrived. However, the offtargetproblem that occurs when recognizing target DNA dueto the inherent nature of CRISPR components remains the biggesttask to be overcome in the future. In this review, theprinciple of inducing such unintended off-target editing isanalyzed from the structural aspect of CRISPR, and the methodologythat has been developed to reduce off-target editing untilnow is summarized.
