dc.description.abstractWe efficiently controlled surface morphology of planar inverted p-i-n MAPbI(3-x)Cl(x) perovskite solar cells. Dense and pinhole-free perovskite films could be obtained through a dripping anti-solvent blended with chlorobenzene (CBZ) and phenyl-C-61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). Compared to the control group, conversion efficiency improved from 10.8 (CBZ washing) to 11.4% (blended washing). Main contribution by the blended washing is planarization of surface topography, which can improve shunt resistance and fill factor of photovoltaic devices.-
