신체적 여가활동에 미치는 기상환경 요인 탐색: 다층모형 적용

Abstract

본 연구에서는 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 기상환경 요인을 탐색하기 위해 두 가지 수준으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국민건강영향실태조사 6기 자료가운데 여가활동 중 주로 신체활동에 참여하고 있다고 응답한 4,646명의 데이터와 전국 121개의 기상관측 데이터를 사용되었으며, 변인들의 위계적 관계를 고려하여 HLM(Ver. 7.01)을 사용하여 다층모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 봄철 개인 수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 성별, 결혼여부, 주관적 건강상태 요인으로 나타났으며, 지역수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 온도가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여름철 개인 수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 성별, 결혼여부, 주관적 건강상태 요인으로 나타났으며, 지역수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 일조량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가을철 개인 수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 성별, 결혼여부, 주관적 건강상태 요인으로 나타났으며, 지역수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인은 없었다. 넷째, 겨울철 개인수준에서 여가신체활동량에 영향을 미치는 유의한 요인으로는 성별, 결혼여부, 주관적 건강상태 요인으로 나타났으며, 지역요인으로는 일조량이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
