청소년참여 척도 개발 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년참여 현장에서 적용시킬 수 있는 청소년참여 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 청소년참여기구 활동 경험이 있는 청소년과 전문가를 대상으로 청소년참여 측정도구의 예비문항을 일차적으로 구성하였고, 측정도구의 구성 및 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 청소년참여 활동을 하고 있는 청소년 418명을 대상으로 조사하였다. SPSS 22.0과 Amos 20.0으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 구조방정식, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 청소년참여 척도는 인지, 정서, 행동 3가지 요인 12문항으로 구성되었다, 둘째, 구성된 청소년참여 척도는 확인적 요인분석과 평균분산추출(AVE), 변별타당성 검증을 통해 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 타당성이 높은 것으로 증명되었다. 셋째, 청소년참여 척도의 전체 신뢰도 Cronbach's α는 .912로서 청소년참여를 측정하는데 신뢰성이 높은 것으로 증명되었다. 따라서 개발된 척도를 통해서 청소년참여와 관련된 연구와 청소년참여기구를 활성화시키는 데 다양하게 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this is to develop and validate the scale that can be applied to determine youth participation. For this purpose, we composed preliminary questions of youth participation with a measurement tool for adolescents and professionals who have experience with youth participation organizations. There are 418 youths who has been subjected on this study. The data were verified with frequency analysis, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and reliability analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, this study confirmed that the youth participation scale consists of 12 items regarding three factors- cognition, affection and behavior. Second, this study developed the youth participation scale is shown to be statistically significant using a confirmatory factor analysis: the average variance extracted (AVE), and discriminant validity verification which then proves high validity. Third, the overall reliability of the youth participation scale is measured as Cronbach's α .912, proving it to be highly reliable for measuring youth participation.
