공동체 라디오 동작FM의 다중참여와 실천사례 연구 : 네그리와 하트, 비르노의 다중이론을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 동작FM의 다중실천과 정서 변이의 사례들을 분석함으로써 공동체 라디오의 함의를 살펴보는 데 있다. 공동체 라디오에 주목한 이유는 지역주민이 주체가 되어 삶의 이야기와사회 이슈들을 공유한다는 점에서 다중실천의 가능성을 담지하고 있기 때문이다. 이론적 논의로서 ‘다중’에 대한 사유를 검토하고, 특히 다중의 네트워크 결합방식, 다중지성으로서의 실천적 행위, 이를 통한 주체 형성 가능성 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 동작FM의 참여자들과 질적 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 공동체 라디오가 가지는 다중실천의 가능성과 참여자들의 정서 변이의 측면들을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구가 향후 공동체 라디오를 비롯한 공동체 미디어의 다중실천 방법들을 모색하는 데 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

This study focuses on analyzing multitude practice and affectus for finding meaning of community radio. The reason of the focus on community radio is that was operated by citizen, not state institutions and company. So community radio has potential of multitude practice. Futhermore, Community radio is worthy of social value. Because it can be vehicle of share about local residents's life story and local issue. In order to examine community radio, this study draws on the theory of multitude by Negri, Hardt, and Virno. Specially, this study focus on the way of network formation, the action of collective intelligence, and possibility of subject forming. Founded on this discussions, this study to draw possibility of multitude practice and emotional variation from in-depth interviews which were conducted with activists in community radio. This study has meaning to provide the basic data to finding the methods of multitude practice and participation, not only community radio but also community media research.
