체육진로교육을 위한 체육직업군 표준부류체계 개발

Abstract

최근 자유학기제 시행에 따라 체육진로교육에 관한 학술적, 정책적 활동이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 체육진로 교육에 관한 교육내용 및 프로그램 개발 등은 미진한 상황이다. 이로 인해 많은 학생들이 체육분야에 흥미와 적성을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 다양한 체육진로정보를 제공 받지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 체육진로교육에 관한 교육콘텐츠 개발이 미진한 것은 체육진로교육 프로그램 개발의 내용기준이 될 수 있는 체육분야의 진로 및 직업유형에 대한 체계적인 조사와 분류가 이루어지지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 체육진로교육의 내용 기준 및 교수·학습 자료의 원천 자료가 될 수 있는 체계적이고 내실 있는 체육진로교육을 위한 체육직업군의 표준 분류체계를 교육적 관점에서 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌조사와 델파이조사를 실시하고 전문가회의를 거쳐 분류체계의 타당성을 검토하여 최종적인 체육직업군 분류체계를 개발하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 체육직업군 표준분류체계는 관계형, 탐구형, 창조형, 전략형의 총 4 가지의 유형으로 분류하였다. 새롭게 개발된 체육직업군 표준분류체계의 교육철학적, 교육정책적 의미를 논의하였고 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Upon the implementation of recent ‘self-learning semester system’, more and more attention has been given to its academic and policy related activities. However, educational contents and program for necessary development of sport career education is far behind. The underdevelopment of such educational contents and program prohibits students from receiving proper information on sport related careers. The main reason why such educational contents and programs were not developed in time was because of lack of systematic classification of sport occupational theme and jobs. Thus, the purpose of the study is to identify and classify sport related occupational themes with educational perspectives. Through reviews of previous literature and delphi research technique, a preliminary classification scheme was developed. The preliminary classification scheme of sport occupational themes was examined by experts for its validity. In conclusion, the sport related occupational themes were classified into four distinct domains of ‘Relational’, ‘Inquiring’, ‘Creative’, and ‘Strategic’. In the discussion, we provided educational and policy related meanings of the classification scheme of sport occupational theme and future research agenda.
