  • ACM Transactions on Internet Technology (TOIT) is a scholarly, scientific journal that publishes original research papers that develop innovative technologies for the design, use, analysis, engineering, services, and governance of Internet. Established in the Summer of 2001, the journal has emerged as one of the premier venues in Internet computing, networking, systems, applications, security, and public policy research. TOIT brings together many computing disciplines that contribute to Internet systems and technologies, including computer software engineering, computer programming languages, computer middleware and systems, computer networking and communications, database management, distributed systems, knowledge discovery and data mining, machine learning and AI as a service, security, privacy, performance and scalability, etc. Specifically, TOIT welcomes the innovative research results from both the individual disciplines and the interactions among them.
