- Abstract
- In recent years, Existing buildings have problem such as degradation of performance caused by aging. To solve this problem, Remodeling is tend to encourage the revitalization of the market by supporting the remodeling policy in terms of legal aspects. This study is base research for expansion of remodeling-in-inhabited market. The purpose of this study is to analysing risk management of remodeling-in-inhabited having effect on process. This study deduced result using deduction of risk factor. Finally, this study draws a conclusion from case study of domestic remodeling-in-inhabited.
