dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 폐유황으로부터 제조된 개질유황 시멘트 모르타르의 보수재료로서의 적용가능성을 검토하기 위해 개질유황 시멘트 모르타르의 성능평가를 진행하였다. 배합별 개질유황 시멘트 모르타르의 압축/휨/부착강도는 개질유황을 혼입하지 않은 일반 시멘트 모르타르와 대비하여 모두 우수한 결과를 나타내었고 대표적인 콘크리트 보수재료인 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 요구성능조건을 모두 만족하였다. 또한 미세구조 이미지분석 결과, 배합별 개질유황 시멘트 모르타르가 일반 시멘트 모르타르와 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르 대비 가장 적은 평균공극량 및 평균 미수화물양을 보였다. 따라서 개질유황이 적정량 첨가된 보수재가 (폴리머) 시멘트 모르타르를 대체하여 노후 콘크리트의 친환경적인 보수재료로 활용 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. | - |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the performance of modified sulfur cement mortar was examined in order to assess its suitability as a repair material. A series of tests confirmed that the incorporation of modified sulfur increased the compressive, flexural, and bond strength of cement mortar. The mechanical performance of the modified sulfur mortar met the requirements for polymer cement mortar which is representatively used as repair material. As a result of microstructure image analysis, the average porosity and unhydrated ratio of the modified sulfur cement mortar were lower than that of the typical cement mortar and polymer cement mortar. Therefore, it is anticipated that mortar with an appropriate amount of modified sulfur can be used as a repair material instead of polymer mortar. © 2023 by Korea Concrete Institute. | - |
