십승지의 지역별 특징과 사회적 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 문헌고찰과 현장조사를 통해 십승지의 구체적인 특징을 분석하고, 십승지의 위치와 사회적 영향에 대해 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 십승지는 정감록 과 남사고비결 에서 미래의 전란에 따른 병겁과 괴질을피할 수 있는 장소로 예언된 곳이다. 그저 단순한 믿음이 아니고 도참사상에 바탕을 둔 비기라 할 수 있는데, 많은부작용을 양산한 측면도 있지만, 미래의 안식처를 보장한다는 믿음도 반영하고 있다. 신라 말부터 현재까지 지속되고있는 십승지 관념은, 문화 역사적 관념이 아닌 풍수 길지로만 보는 견해는 다소의 무리가 따른다. 풍수의 연장선에서보신과 피란에 적합한 장소로 선정된 것은 분명하지만, 이것을 대지(大地) 혹은 명당의 관념으로만 수용하거나, 무릉도원과 같은 동양적 이상향으로 보는 것은 아니라는 것이다. 오히려 인간 생활의 안녕을 보장하는 전통지리의 범주에서 사회적 혼란기를 피할 만한 형세를 갖춘 장소로 이해하는 것이 타당하다. 이를 바탕으로 다양한 학문과 연계하여새로운 산업의 발전을 가져왔고, 문화콘텐츠로서 새로운 방향성을 모색하고 있다.

This study aims to examine the location and social influence of Sipseungji(Ten Haven Places) by analyzing its specific characteristics through literature review and field research. Sipseungji is the place predicted in Jeonggamnok and Namsagobigyeol as a p lace where you c an avoid the i lls and diseases c aused by the war in the future. It’s not just a simple belief, but it is a confidential record based on the idea of believing in prophecy. It produced many side effects, but it also reflects the faith that it guarantees a haven for the future. From the end of the Silla Dynasty until now, people have viewed Sipseungji not as a cultural and historical concept but only as the propitious site in Fengshui thought, which is somewhat unreasonable. It is clear that people selected as a suitable place to protect them from the war in the extension of Fengshui thought, but we should not accept it as the concept of a great land or the propitious site, nor regard it as an oriental utopia such as Mureungdowon. It is rather appropriate to understand it as a place equipped with the conditions to avoid a period of social chaos in the category of traditional topography that guarantees the well-being of human life. Based on this, the development of a new industry has been brought about by linking with various disciplines, and we are seeking a new direction for its cultural contents.
