dc.description.abstractMoving to the global sustainable development trend, the Vietnamese government and private sectors are making extreme efforts in promoting the sustainability of the construction and construction relative industry. Many regulations, policies, and incentives also have been conducted to raise green building materials in recent projects, but the rate of using green building materials is still tricky since the limitation on project team experience. Therefore, this study proposed an integrative framework with a recommended activity checklist, a multi-criteria-supported decision-making model, and eco-label materials rapid track to assist the project teams in selecting green building materials. The results indicated that the developed model and tool have the potential for increasing the use of green materials and future applications of machine learning in green building material information management.-
