강종차이에 따른 스테인리스강 각형강관 압축재의 좌굴거동에 관한 실험적 연구

dc.description.abstract이 연구에서는 중심 압축력을 받는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강(STS304 TKC와 STS316 TKC) 및 저니켈 듀플렉스계 스테인리스강(STS329FLD TKC) 각형강관 기둥의 좌굴거동을 조사하기 위해 실험적 연구가 수행되었다. 주요 변수는 강종, 기둥의 길이와 폭두께비로 하였다. 최대내력 시점에서 실험체의 좌굴형상은 국부좌굴과 전체좌굴이 관찰되었다. 재료인장시험결과, 냉간가공경화에 의해 설계항복 및 인장강도보다 2.10배, 1.31배 재료강도가 높게 나타났다. 또한, 단주압축실험을 통해 각형강관 부재의 압축재료성질을 조사하였다. 단주와 폭두께비가 큰 듀플렉스계 스테인리스 각형강관 실험체에서는 국부좌굴이 발생했다. 실험 좌굴내력은 미국토목학회(ASCE 2002)와 유럽(EC3)의 현행 스테인리스강 기준식, 미국철강협회(AISI)의 탄소강 구조설계기준과 기존연구자의 제안식에 의한 설계좌굴내력을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 단주의 압축재료시험결과를 적용한 설계좌굴내력이 인장재료시험결과를 반영한 좌굴내력보다 실험결과에 근접한 값을 제시하는 것으로 나타났다.-
dc.description.abstractAn experimental study on austenitic stainless steel (STS304 TKC and STS316 TKC) and lean duplex stainless steel (STS329FLD TKC) square hollow section (SHS) columns subjected to centrally axial compression has been conducted to investigate the buckling behaviors of the compression members with both fixed ends. Main variables are steel type, column length and width-thickness ratio. Buckling modes at ultimate state were classified into local buckling and global buckling. From tensile material test results, cold-working hardening led to strength enhancement by 2.10 and 1.31 times, respectively compared to design yield stress and tensile strength. Compressive material properties of SHS members was also investigated through stub column tests. Stub columns and duplex stainless steel columns showed a local buckling mode. The test buckling strengths were compared with those predicted by current stainless steel design specifications (American Society of Civil Engineers [ASCE]) and Eurocode[EC3]) for stainless steel compressive members, American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) for carbon steel and equations by other researchers. As a result, it is found that design strengths with compressive material test data of stub column than tensile material data were close to test buckling strength.-
