dc.description.abstract본 연구는 유한요소해석을 적용하여 고강도 알루미늄 합금(7075-T6)의 2개 볼트로 구성된 일면전단 볼트접합부의 구조거동과면외변형에 의한 최대내력에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것을 연구목적으로 한다. 볼트접합부의 구조거동을 예측하는데 있어 기존실험결과와해석결과의 비교를 통해 유한요소해석의 타당성을 검증하였다. 면외변형 발생으로 볼트접합부의 내력저하정도를 정량적으로 평가하였다. 연단거리에 대한 추가적인 변수해석이 수행되었고 하중방향연단거리와 하중직각방향연단거리에 따른 면외변형 발생조건을 제시하였다. 최종적으로 알루미늄 합금 7075-T6 볼트접합부에 대한 면외변형의 영향을 고려한 수정내력식을 제안하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study is aiming at investigating the ultimate behaviors and curling influence on the ultimate strength in high strength aluminum alloys (7075-T6) single shear two-bolted connections using finite element analysis. The validation of finite element analysis for predicting the ultimate behaviors was verified through the comparison between previous test results and analysis predictions. Strength reduction due to curling occurrence was estimated quantitatively. Parametric analyses with extended variables were conducted and the conditions of curling occurrence according to end distance and edge distance were suggested. Finally, modified equation was suggested considering curling influence on the ultimate strength of aluminum alloys 7075-T6 bolted connections.-
